The product was not delivered at all

Extremely disappointed with the brand, they cheated me without delivering the product. After multiple calls mails no response. I don’t have the receipt but they would have a copy they are not bothered to check and deliver the product will never ever shop from here. Such bad customer service, no empathy, no understanding. It’s not about money for me, it’s about trust and they are not budging
