You can conveniently raise a return/exchange request for any item within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of Coupons/Exchange/ Monetary Refund, which will be sent out to you via email within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product. All return  Coupons/Exchange/ Monetary Refund will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product as per the criteria given below. All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.teejh.com. For Monetary Refund, we will be charging Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 2000 & Rs. 150 for orders above Rs. 2000 as a charge of revere logistics & the remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account.
